    Designed specifically for Reformer Pilates newcomers, this class offers a welcoming and supportive environment for you to explore the fundamentals of Pilates. In this class you will learn how to safely use the machine, focus on proper alignment, breath control and core engagement. This class is suitable for all levels and is pregnancy friendly. 

    BEGINNER | 50 minutes | Intensity: Low/Medium 

  • Equilibrium

    An invigorating full body intermediate class designed for those with a solid foundation in Pilates. This class targets every major muscle group, leaving you feeling energised and accomplished.

    INTERMEDIATE | 50 minutes | Intensity: Medium 

  • HIIT

    Designed to challenge your endurance and increase your cardiovascular fitness through a combination of Pilates-inspired exercises. This fast-paced class will improve overall body strength and elevate your heart rate. Get ready to sweat, have some fun and groove to some fun tunes!

    45 minutes | Intensity: High 

  • Mobility

    Improve your joint mobility through a range of stretches and exercises to increase your range of motion. Combining stretching with slow and controlled Pilates exercises you will improve your stability and balance. Mobility is suitable for all clients and is pregnancy friendly.

  • Jump

    This energetic and fun workout combines the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with plyometric exercises to improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness. The jump board is a great way to increase the intensity of the workout whilst minimising the impact on the joints.

  • Mums and Cubs

    These supportive reformer classes provide a perfect opportunity to meet other parents, feel part of a community and move your body. Interact with your baby while engaging in exercises that will help you regain strength with various modifications and variations to accommodate individual needs. We welcome all mums and babies. We do ask that you have had your 6-week postnatal check or have been signed off by a health professional after a caesarean.

  • Meditation

    Meditation

    Calm the mind, reduce stress, and enhance your overall wellbeing. Meditation requires you to focus on your breath and centre yourself, promoting better mental health. Our welcoming environment offers a sanctuary for self-discovery and connection to yourself and the world around you. Classes cater for all levels of meditators, bring a journal for reflection, water and wear warm clothes.
