About
Find your equilibrium
At EQ, we believe that Pilates is a powerful tool for achieving physical balance. Our modern and often sedentary lifestyles can create musculoskeletal imbalances and weaknesses. This may lead to poor posture, reduced strength and flexibility.
EQ offers a holistic experience to address all aspects of your health and wellness journey. With a light and welcoming space EQ aims to create a social hub where members can relax and connect.
We are committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where clients of all ages and fitness levels will feel part of a community and build a deeper mind-body connection. Smaller class sizes will offer clients more personal attention in a group setting.

Movement has always been a love of mine. I tap danced from a young age, but it wasn't until I experienced my first Pilates class in 2017 where I fell in love with the practice.
I love Incorporating a combination of the classical Pilates repertoire alongside contemporary elements. With a deep love for movement and a commitment to the well-being of myself and clients, Pilates is something I lean on as a holistic approach to physical and mental health.
Over the years, i've witnessed firsthand the positive impact it can have – and I am here to share that with you. I have been teaching Pilates for over a year now and have just started my Studio Diploma with Pilates ITC.
