About

Find your equilibrium

At EQ, we believe that Pilates is a powerful tool for achieving physical balance. Our modern and often sedentary lifestyles can create musculoskeletal imbalances and weaknesses. This may lead to poor posture, reduced strength and flexibility.

EQ offers a holistic experience to address all aspects of your health and wellness journey. With a light and welcoming space EQ aims to create a social hub where members can relax and connect.

We are committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where clients of all ages and fitness levels will feel part of a community and build a deeper mind-body connection. Smaller class sizes will offer clients more personal attention in a group setting.

Movement has always been a central part of Jordon’s life. Starting with tap dancing from a young age, it wasn’t until her first Pilates class in 2017 that she truly discovered her passion for mindful, intentional movement.

With a deep appreciation for both the classical Pilates repertoire and contemporary elements, Jordon brings a balanced and thoughtful approach to every class. For her, Pilates is more than just exercise—it’s a holistic practice that supports both physical and mental well-being.

Having taught Pilates for over a year, she has seen firsthand the positive impact it can have and is passionate about sharing that experience with others. Jordon is currently expanding her knowledge through the Studio Diploma program with Pilates ITC, continuing her commitment to learning and helping clients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier.
